Waterfalls

There are a variety of waterfalls with in an hour’s drive of Rancho Armadillo. The Llanas de Cortez waterfall is the one that our guests rave about the most. 40mt tall and 60mt wide it empties into a 5ft deep pool surrounded by a white sand beach. You can include a stop at the waterfall while on your way to the wild cat rescue center or the Miravalles Volcano.

Rincon De La Viejo National Park has a number of waterfalls along the hiking paths.
