Hiking Tour

The best hiking adventure in this area is at the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, about an hour’s drive from here. They have a variety of marked trails ranging length and in degrees of difficulty. You can hike to the summit of the Rincon Volcano or take trails to hidden waterfalls past fumaroles and bubbling mud pits. You will have the opportunity to see tapirs, peccaries, capybaras, tropical birds and unique flora.
